Taidekampuksen lokakuun Lasten lauantain teemana ovat kammottavat kummitukset ja höpsöt möröt. Leikkimössä askarrellaan sorminukkekummituksia ja miniatyyri-kummitustaloja, luetaan kummitusrunoja ja sanataiteillaan teeman hengessä. Dj Mörkö-Ollin luotsaama Mörködisco taas tarjoilee hirmuisia hittejä isoille ja pienille tanssijoille. Tapahtumaan saa halutessaan pukeutua teemaan sopivaan asuun. Kaikki naamiaisasuihin pukeutuneet saavat tapahtumasta Mörködiplomin.

Aulakahviosta löytyy pieniä suolaisia ja makeita herkkuja, kahvio palvelee tapahtuman ajan. Taidekampuksen aulassa on myös nähtävillä Korpiqueercollectiven ryhmänäyttely.

Lasten lauantai on Seminaarin Taidekampus -hankkeen ja yhteistyötahojen toteuttama ilmainen tapahtuma lapsiperheille. Tapahtumapäivät järjestetään Taidekampuksen taide- ja leikkitila Leikkimössä sekä sen ympäristössä. Lasten lauantait on suunnattu lapsiperheille, ja esteettömät tilat ja vauvanhoitotilat mahdollistavat myös ihan pienimpien lastenkin kanssa osallistumisen.

Esteettömyydestä: Esteetön sisäänkäynti sijaitsee talon takapuolella, pohjakerroksessa. Takaovella on ovikello, jolla saa videoyhteyden lipunmyyntiin ja Taidekampuksen henkilökunnan tiloihin. Tilassa on esteetön wc.

The theme for Children’s Saturday at the Taidekampus in October is scary ghosts and silly monsters. In the Leikkimö, children can make finger puppet ghosts and miniature haunted houses, read ghost poems, and engage in wordplay in the spirit of the theme. Dj Mörkö-Olli will be hosting Mörködisco, serving up terrifying hits for dancers of all ages. Participants are welcome to dress up in costumes that fit the theme. Everyone wearing a costume will receive a Mörködiplomi certificate.

The lobby café will be serving small savory and sweet treats throughout the event. The Korpiqueercollective group exhibition will also be on display in the lobby of the Art Campus.

Children’s Saturday is a free event for families with children, organized by the Seminaari Art Campus project and its partners. The event days are held in the Art Campus’s art and play space, Leikkimö, and its surroundings. Children’s Saturdays are aimed at families with children, and the accessible facilities and baby care facilities also allow even the youngest children to participate.

Accessibility: The accessible entrance is located at the rear of the building, on the ground floor. The back door has a doorbell that connects to the ticket office and the Art Campus staff facilities via video. The space has an accessible toilet.
